Hotel Reservations
A block of rooms has been reserved for summit attendees at The Venetian.

The room rate at The Venetian, an all-suite resort, will be $249 per night, plus taxes. Check-in time is 3:00 p.m.; check-out time is 11:00 a.m. Three or more persons in a suite will be charged $35 each per night in addition to the $249 per night.

To guarantee accommodations, the hotel requires a first-night deposit of suite and tax charges no later than 14 days after a reservation is made. To receive a refund, reservations must be cancelled at least 72 hours in advance of the scheduled arrival date.

The discounted Solucient 100 Top Hospitals Summit® room rate will be available, on a space available basis, until Monday, April 9, 2007.

Hotel Reservations
Additional rooms have been reserved for summit attendees at Harrah's Las Vegas.

The room rate at Harrah's Las Vegas will be $159 per night, plus taxes. Check-in time is 4:00 p.m.; check-out time is 11:00 a.m. Any departures after 11:00 a.m. are subject to the full day charge. Each guestroom must have at least one registered guest 21 years of age or older.

Additional persons will be charged at a rate of $20.00 per person, per night for third and fourth persons, with a maximum of four persons per guestroom.

A credit card is required to secure all reservations. To guarantee accommodations, the hotel requires a first-night deposit of room rate and tax at the time of booking. To receive a refund, reservations must be cancelled at least 72 hours in advance of the scheduled arrival date.

Temperature
The average temperature in Las Vegas in May is 74 degrees. Las Vegas weather tends to reach a high of 88 degrees and a low of 60 degrees in May. Las Vegas is a desert climate and weather can vary. During your visit, the temperature could be up to 10 degrees higher or lower than the average.

Transportation
There are several transportation options in Las Vegas, including shuttle buses, taxis, and limousine services. If you would like to pre-arrange transportation to The Venetian, contact Concierge Services at 877.883.6423.

Airports
The Venetian Resort Hotel and Casino and Harrah's Las Vegas are approximately four miles from the McCarran International Airport (LAS).

Driving Directions to The Venetian from McCarran International Airport
Travel east on Wayne Newton Boulevard for approximately 2 miles. (Wayne Newton Blvd. becomes Swenson Street). Turn left onto E Naples Drive and then turn right on Paradise Road. Turn left onto E Flamingo Road (NV-592 W) and travel approximate 1 mile. Turn right onto S Las Vegas Boulevard (NV-604 N, The Strip). The hotel is a half mile down the strip at 3355 Las Vegas Blvd.

Driving Directions to Harrah's Las Vegas from McCarran International Airport
Travel east on Wayne Newton Boulevard for approximately 2 miles. (Wayne Newton Blvd. becomes Swenson Street). Turn left onto E. Naples Drive and then turn right onto Paradise Road. Turn left onto E. Flamingo Road (NV-592 W) and travel approximately 1 mile. Take a quick right and then turn left on S. Las Vegas Blvd. The hotel is a less than a quarter-mile down the strip at 3475 Las Vegas Blvd.
