Guest Activities
The 100 Top Hospitals® Summit now offers optional activities for guests of summit attendees. These activities let guests explore beautiful Colorado or take full advantage of the luxurious and relaxing activities offered on site at The Broadmoor.

Activities will be offered throughout the duration of the summit and are included in the registration fee for guests of summit attendees. Guest activities are subject to change based on the number of registrants. To register for guest activities, please visit the summit registration site. Wednesday, June 4
Your choice of one of three different spa options will be offered on Wednesday afternoon between noon and 5:00 p.m. Your exact treatment time will be given to you upon arrival when you register at the 100 Top Hospitals Summit hospitality desk.

Individual Spa Treatment Options at The Broadmoor Spa

Swedish Massage (50 minutes): The most familiar massage using light to medium pressure. This technique is best known for increasing circulation, relieving muscle pain and tension, and reducing stress.  

Somme Vitamin Facial (50 minutes): Somme Institute’s skincare line employs a patented technology called MTD5 which allows essential vitamins A, B, C, D, and E to penetrate the inner skin layers in their active forms at high concentrations. Appropriate for all skin types and ages. (Limited Availability)

Broadmoor Zensational Manicure/Pedicure (90 minutes):  A full spa manicure with exfoliation, a paraffin dip and massage, warm neck wrap, and choice of polish. A full spa pedicure with exfoliation, paraffin dip, optional hot stone foot and lower leg massage, warm neck wrap, and choice of polish.

 

Thursday, June 5
Creating Art on Location

An outdoor excursion combined with a painting class is the perfect choice for those seeking a creative outlet. Surrounded by the towering stone formations in the nearby Garden of the Gods, guests will take part in an exclusive watercolor class led by a certified fine arts instructor with more than two decades of experience. Participants will learn basic watercolor technique and emerge with a painting they will be proud of. The class is formatted to suit the experience level of each guest. The group will then enjoy a delicious brunch at the historic Cliff House Inn.

Royal Gorge Route Train

Guests will be transferred to the Royal Gorge for a spectacular two-hour journey through mystical canyons.  The train will make a ten-minute stop at the famous Hanging Bridge so passengers can marvel at the towering granite walls. On board the train, guests will enjoy a world class meal. This experience is sure to leave a lasting impression; the Royal Gorge has been chosen as Colorado's top train!

Friday, June 6
Tai Chi in the Morning
A private tai chi class for guests will take place on the pool lawn for early-risers who enjoy exquisite mountain views and a restorative, gentle stretching exercise. Following the 50 minute class, a fresh spa breakfast will be served poolside near the private cabañas. The perfect way to start the day!
